Single level unit in a condo building, up to 1500 sq. ft. Larger units require custom bid.

Multi-level unit attached to other town homes or condo units. Has association responsible for structure, exterior, and common areas. up to 2000 sq ft. larger units require custom bid.

Up To 1000 sq ft house. Free standing house, townhomes, or condo without an association responsible for structure, exterior and systems is in this category.

1000-1500 sq ft house.  Free standing house, townhomes, or condo without an association responsible for structure, exterior and systems is in this category. 

1500-2000 sq ft. House

2000-3000 sq ft House

Re-Inspection of repairs made to previously inspected homes.

Reciepts from licensed contactors and copies of permits are required. Additional charges may apply depending on circumstances.

Camera snake inspection of the underground sewer lateral pipe . Condition report and video is provided. $350 if toilet needs to be removed for access.

$100 minimum setup fee if pipe can not be accessed.

Additional fees may be charged and seperate contract may be required for mother inlaw appartments, extra living quarters, garages converted into living areas,  detached building, garages, barns and workshops.

Travel  fees may be charged  outside of  King or Pierce Counties.
